Initial User Flow Testing

Starting off, I tested the current Craigslist site against some users.

Along the way, I also mapped out the site information architecture, which influenced some components.

After the testing, I graded the site on various heuristics.

After grading, I distilled the various pain-points and issues.

From the pain-points, came potential design objectives and solutions.
